Role Overview:
We're seeking seasoned Interim CHROs to join our roster, providing strategic HR leadership and managing critical HR initiatives for our clients during periods of transformation, growth, or crisis. The ideal candidates are strategic HR leaders capable of stepping into complex situations and delivering immediate HR improvements
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR restructuring, turnaround initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
• Develop and implement rapid HR strategies to address urgent business needs, enhance employee engagement, and improve workforce productivity.
• Oversee talent acquisition, management, and development processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations issues.
• Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic HR priorities and action plans.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Mentor and support HR teams to ensure continuity and effective execution of HR goals.
• Act as a change agent to drive cultural and organizational shifts necessary for success.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in Human Resources as CHRO or equivalent.
• Proven track record in leading HR organizations through significant change, including turnarounds and restructuring.
• Strong HR, strategic, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional ability to quickly assess situations, develop action plans, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide all the resources to help with incorporation).
