Role Overview:

 

We're seeking experienced Interim Chief Revenue Officers (CROs) to join our roster and provide strategic leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our clients in the management consulting and professional services sectors. The ideal candidates are revenue-focused leaders who can rapidly assess market opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and lead teams through periods of transformation or growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies, including sales, business development, and client retention, to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Provide leadership during organizational transformations to ensure a smooth transition and continued revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, developing new business models or service offerings to enhance client value and expand market share.
  • Collaborate closely with the C-suite and senior leadership to align revenue strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Implement sales processes, CRM systems, and analytics to enhance sales efficiency and improve forecasting.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Mentor and support sales leaders, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in revenue generation or sales leadership, ideally within the management consulting or professional services industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading successful sales transformations, and delivering results in complex environments.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, delivering immediate and measurable impact.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide resources to assist with incorporation).
